She is survived by: her sons, Mathew Howard of West Salem, Clinton Howard (Shannon) of La Crosse and Brock Howard (Megan) of Onalaska; her grandchildren, Luke, Thomas, Ava, William, Addelyn and Blaire; and her siblings, Bette Roob (John) of Onalaska and Dennis Subera (Nancy) of La Crosse.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Janice's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
