She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Hanson (Jones) and Harvey Hanson; her husband Bill Larkin; her daughter Cheryl Castille (Larkin); her brothers-in-law, Mike Larkin and Gary Larkin; and her nephew Michael Larkin.
She is survived by: her son Scott Larkin; her daughter-in-law Colleen Larkin (Borchert) of Oconomowoc, WI; her granddaughters, Theresa Larkin of Seattle, WA and Sarah Larkin of Wauwatosa, WI; her son-in-law Blake Castille of Opelousas, LA; and her pet Annie.
In lieu of flowers, Jan wishes memorials to be given to the Coulee Region Humane Society, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
