He was predeceased by: his parents, George Schultz and Donna Schultz (Sheets); his mother-in-law Tresa; and his brothers-in-law, David and Steven Blank.
He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his children, David (Amanda), Christopher and Haley; his brothers, Gary Schultz (Pat) and Bob Schultz (Joan); his father-in-law Darwin Blank; his sister-in-law Ellen Blank; and his close friend Dave Freehill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews cousins.
