He was predeceased by: his wife Mardel Allen (Herzberg); his parents, Walter Sr. Allen and Mary Allen (Regan); his siblings, Walter Jr., William, George Allen and Lillian Patterson; and his grandson David Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Allen, Janet Galassi (David) and Paul Allen (Colleen); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Savannah, Natalie Allen and Jackson Allen; and his great grandchild Juliet Mueller.
