He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburt Vollenweider and Lorraine Vollenweider (Formanek); his wife Colleen Smith; his mother-in-law Marita Smith; his brother-in-law Gary Fisher; his nephew Christopher Seal; and his great-nephew Mick Skadson.
He is survived by: his son Jason (Eugenia); his sisters, Priscilla "Pat" Fisher and Rita Overhouse (Mike); his father-in-law George Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Seal (Billy), Linda Gillette (Frank), Tom Smith (Sandy), Jerry Smith (Janet) and Michael Smith (Janelle).
