He was predeceased by: his parents, Doreen Addis and Joseph. He is survived by: his siblings, Maureen Addis, Cindy Wegner (late Jack), Gary, Gene (late Michael), Glenn and Phillip Addis (Julie); his siblings' children, Dana Allen (Jeff), Linda Curley (Kevin), John Addis, Alex Wegner (Katelyn), Kimmy Wegner, Andy Wegner (Julia), Adia Addis, Lila Addis and Jacey Penn (Randy); and his aunt Beryl Jean Plumley (England) of Romsey.
