It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn L. Swanson (La Crosse, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 25, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Miller and Ada Miller; and her siblings, Diane Collins, Jackie Holmes and Nelson Miller (Buzz).
She is survived by: her husband Eugene "Buz" Swanson; her children, Steve Swanson (Judi), Susan Whitewater (Jerry) and Sherry Wolfert (Bob); her grandchildren, Stephanie Eastin (Deke), Lacy Merritt (Brent), Cole Swanson (Mary), Jordan Whitewater (Haylee) and Jake; and her close friend Bobbi Woodruff.
Memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church in La Crosse, or the Boys' & Girls' Club of Greater La Crosse.
