The passing of Lawrence A. Kendhammer (La Crosse, Wisconsin) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on September 20, 2025 at the age of 86. He was predeceased by: his mother Henrietta Kendhammer; his siblings, Roger Kendhammer and Mary Lou Seidel; and his in-laws, Shirley, Larry Erickson, Philip Massie and Bob Seaquist.
He is survived by: his wife Rosie of Mary's Church; his daughters, Theresa Duncan (Tim), Shelly Clements (Terry) and Donna Weippert (Scott); his sister Marietta Buchner; and his in-laws, Cathy Kendhammer and Mary Margaret Fox (Dan). He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (1333 13th St S, La Crosse, WI 54601). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Trinity Catholic Church, the Gundersen Heart Institute, or St. Clare Health Mission in Larry's honor.
