He is survived by: his wife Norreen Devine; his children, Blaine of Rochester, MN., Douglas (Tracey) of Rochester, MN. and Kathleen (Chris) of Onalaska; his grandchildren, Brandon (Eva), Elizabeth, Rachel, Joshua, Tristan Carlson, Brooke and Madison Meyer; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Landon, Jaxton, Braydon and Lily; and his siblings-in-law, Imogene Carlson of San Jose, CA., Anne Dunn of La Crosse, Mary Lou Devine of La Crosse, Don Devine (Cindy) of Onalaska, Bob Devine (Carol) of Winnebago, IL and Linda Devine.
