She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Horn and Mercedas Horn (Spangler); and her husband Jerry (Jerry). She is survived by: her children, Tracy Raatz (David) of Whiting, WI and Adam Jensen (Tina) of La Crosse; her granddaughter Natasha Raatz; and her sister Patricia Klarner of Appleton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
