She was predeceased by: her parents, Emily Hazelton and Kenneth Hazelton. She is survived by: her siblings, Bonnie Hazelton of Stockton Springs, ME, Leanne DeBauche (Jeff) of La Crosse, WI and Peter Hazelton (Kimberly) of Maineville, OH; and her nephew Nathan Garsow of Green Bay, WI. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
