He is survived by: his sons, Corey Quade (Frances) of Indianapolis, IN and Tyler Quade (Megan) of River Falls, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Skylar, Gradyn, Emilia and Annika; and his siblings, Kristi Bangert (Mark) and Nathan Quade.
