She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Tenneson and Esther Tenneson (Dopp); her husband Bob; her son-in-law Pete Weess; and her brother-in-law Richard Strand.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Godsey (Mark) of Winona, MN, Ann Weess of Winona, MN, Mark Sesvold (Marianne) of La Crosse, WI and David Sesvold (Chris) of Hartland, WI; her grandsons, Brad Walker (Betsy), Bryan Weess (Cassandra), Nathan Weess (Rachael), Cameron Weess (Lindsey), Shaun Sesvold (Sarah) and Derek Sesvold (Amira); her siblings, Ruth Strand and John Tenneson (Carla); and her brother-in-law Ron Johnson (Lois). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Our Saviour's Lutheran Church or La Crosse Area Retired Educators Association.
