She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hafner and Katherine Hafner (Williams); her siblings, Ruthie Hafner, Patricia Heberlein (John "Jack") and Tony Hafner; her siblings-in-law, Harold "Boots" Eeg, Norbert Miller, Mona Hafner and Judy Hafner; her niece Kathleen Heberlein; and her nephew Mike Hafner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Combs and Ann Manthey (Gary); her siblings, Delores Eeg, Rita Miller, Robert Hafner, Gerald Hafner (Carol) and Frank "Butch" Hafner; and her sister-in-law Sandy Hafner.
