He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Devine and Patricia Devine (David); and his brothers, Patrick and Tim. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Green; his children, Dusty (Tara), Michael Jr. (Melesa) and Maggie (Josh); his grandchildren, Dawson, Brantley, Jaxon, Jessa, Tysyn, Liam and Dalton; his siblings, Dave, Bryan, Tony and Christine; and his mother-in-law Jean.
