It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman R. Foss of La Crosse, Wisconsin, born in Independence, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 25, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Sr. Foss and Jurdice Foss (Olsen); and his siblings, Harold Foss, Pat and Elaine Foss.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret M. Foss; his son Bradley Foss (Lynn); his siblings, Joyce Rickard, Jim Foss (Judy) and Richard Foss (Linda); his grandchildren, Joshua Breitung (Beth), Christopher St. Jacque and Amanda St. Jacque; his great grandchildren, Pearson Breitung and Kinsley Baumer; and his goddaughters, Anne Marie Emerson and Carol Jean Pederson.
