She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Hawes and Katherine Hawes (Manton); her siblings, William Hawes, Eleanor Corrigan, Dolores Hawes and Robert Hawes; her parents-in-law, Melvin and Mildred Darling; and her siblings-in-law, Isabelle Hawes, Charles Corrigan, Carl Mullarkey and Raymond Wood.
She is survived by: her husband Jack; her daughters, Julie Sutter (Kevin) of Rochester, MN and Jane Vogel (Michael) of La Crosse; her grandchildren, Heidi Coleman (Joel), Heather Costa (Nico), Jenna Miller (Riley) and Jonathan Vogel (Ruth Isenberg); her great grandchildren, Henry, Noah Coleman, Emmett Costa and Asher Miller; her siblings, Romona "Mona" Mullarkey, Leo "Bud" Hawes and Alice Wood; and her sister-in-law Maxine Hawes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be donated to Mary, Mother of the Church Parish, Aquinas Catholic Schools, or Gundersen Medical Foundation - Cancer Research Fund.
