He is survived by: his children, Brenda Wehrs (Steven) of Rockland, Mark Hembd (Rebekah) of Onalaska and Michael Hembd (Michelle) of Defiance, OH; his daughter-in-law Laurie Hembd of Ettrick; his siblings, Donald Hembd of Kent, WA and Betty Steele; and his brothers-in-law, Dennis Lawrence (Karen Worman) of LaCrosse and Dale Lawrence (Lori) of LaCrosse. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 28 great grandchildren.
