“Randy was a warm and loving person. He always had a smile on his face and he was such a joy to know. I have a fond memory of visiting him at his yard during the annual Oktober Fest Torch Light Parade. He loved being on the parade route and always looked forward to having people stop by to have a beer with him. He was such a gracious host and very proud of his dog Bear who wondered the neighborhood and would stop at the bar to visit the patrons. Everyone loved Barney and Bear. RIP”
