He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Schneiderman and Esther Schneiderman; his son Eric Schneiderman; and his sister Patricia McBride. He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Bay; his grandchildren, Mari Cieszinsky (Sam), Jannah McPheron and Ezekiel Schneiderman; and his sister Nancy Cummings.
