He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Treakle and Louise Treakle; his wife Carol; his brother Don (Joan); and his daughter-in-law Jennifer Sovereign.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Jr. (Jenny) and Tom; his grandchildren, Cody (Megan), Alexus Jacobs (Collin), Paige (Connor) and Bobby; and his great grandchild Eli.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (1010 Sill St, La Crosse, WI 54603). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
