He was predeceased by : his father Steven Butterfield; and his grandparents, Louise Butterfield and Robert Malay. He is survived by : his mother Debra Butterfield (Wayne Jensen); his grandmother Ruth "Toots" Malay; his siblings, Carrie Cooper (Bill), Steven II Butterfield (Heather), Josh Butterfield (Heather) and Logan Butterfield (Kelsie); and his nieces and nephews, Jake, Courtney, Chase, Breanne, Trey, Kylie, Sophie, Trevor and Brooks Robert.
