It is with sadness that the passing of Ruth (Palutke) Finch Faulhaber of La Crosse, Wisconsin is shared. Ruth, born on October 25, 1938, passed away on September 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Ruth will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Ruth by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Ruth is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Ruth’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Palutke and Christine Palutke (Bartel); her former husband William Finch; her husband Donald Faulhaber; and her brother John Palutke.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Jackie Gerke and Lucille Finch. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (4141 Mormon Coulee Rd, La Crosse, WI 54601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, La Crosse.
