He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence Joseph Smith and Marlene Elizabeth Smith of Onalaska; his children, Shane of La Crosse, Kassidy of Seattle, WA and Branden of Milwaukee; his stepmother Maree Smith of Onalaska; his siblings, Kari Smith and Colin Smith (Shelby Henkelman); his stepsiblings, Vicki Wilson (John) and Kelly Howard; his siblings' children, Ryan, Richard, Alex and Mabel Smith; and his pet Duke. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
