It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley May Schaller in La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Woodliff and Martha Woodliff (Baumbach); her husband Dr. Eugene Schaller; and her siblings, Helen La Fontaine (Richard) of San Francisco, Amber Gilbert (Wade) of Sun Prairie, Vivian Hodde (James) of San Jose and Warren Woodliff (Judy) of La Crosse.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Ruth Schaller of Tucson and Lois Vlasek of Phoenix; her nephew Dave Woodliff; her cousin Paula Schwartz; her grandchildren, James Phillips (Amy), Julie Formanski, Jonathan Phillips (Allison), Jessica Phillips, Lyle Gilbertson (Sue), Laith Gilbertson (Kristy), Leanne Keller (Jon), Luke Gilbertson (Karissa), Hannah Vogt-Schaller (Chris), Joshua Schaller (Kara), Caleb, Josiah Schaller and Grace Sanchez (Dave); her great great grandchildren, Austin, Conrad Phillips, Sarah, Scott, Coraline Voelz, Ryan, Rebecca Sophia, Evelyn, Lyla, Elijah, Katie, Samuel, Andrew Formanski, Dana, Cory, Nora Dickman, Phredd Jankowski, Marianna Hoefel, Jordan, Kaylee Bollmann, Jude, Mariska, Kaia, Corbin Gilbertson, Tyler Humm, Torin, Autumn and Dylan Keller; Carl Schomberg.
