He was predeceased by: his father Frederick Asp; Darrell and Linda Carlson. He is survived by: his mother Janet Asp; his wife Sue; his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Heather; his grandsons, Jason and Wyatt; his daughter Kaylin; his grandchildren, Owen, Miles and Jordan; his great grandchild Natalie; his sister Sandy Earp (Ty); Mary and David Carlson (Lisa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and even a grand niece and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Calvary Ev. Lutheran Church (1602 Park Ave, La Crosse, WI 54601).
Memorials may be given to Mt. Calvary Ev. Lutheran Church, Mt. Calvary-Grace Lutheran School, or the Mt. Calvary Lutheran Pioneers.
