He is survived by: his significant other Dawn Bingham; his son Michael Murphy (Angie); his granddaughters, Marissa and Maggie; his daughter Molly Vandeleest (Matt); his grandchildren, Isaiah, Asher, Micah and Haddie; his significant other's sons, David Bingham and Kyle Bingham (Lauren); his brother Michael Murphy; Josey, Samson and Jack.
