He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bob and Helen Anderson; and his aunt Julie Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Carol Anderson; his daughter Hayley Anderson; his godparents, Jerry and Peggy Ming; his mother Marylou Anderson; and his sisters, Tina McKinney and Tara Hohlfeld. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
