He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Freehill and Helen E. Freehill; his wife Gloria D. Lichtie; his brother Donald Heller; and his grandson Joshua Tronick.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Fran Heller of Rochester, IN; and his close friend Angie Dummer. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
