It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma R. Sadowski of La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chisler and Charlotte Chisler (Davison); her former husband Richard H. Vicars of Elbridge, IL; her husband Mark Sadowski; her son Greg Vicars; and her grandson Russell Vicars.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Vicars (Tina), Richard Vicars (Tami) and Elaine Schoeffel (Dan). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren along with many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church (400 West Ave S, La Crosse, WI 54601). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
