He was predeceased by: his parents, George David and Rose David (Warda); and his brother Allan David. He is survived by: his wife Renee Johnston; his children, Michael, Eli (Sarah), Mary Marks (Julian), Joseph, Jennie Haugen (Matthew) and Claire Heyn (Zachary); and his brothers, Richard and Leonard David. He is also survived by fifteen Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to a favorite charity or the Carmelite Monks in Cody, Wyoming.
