He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kostka and Gladys Kostka (Callaway); and his brothers, Scott and Wayne. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Kostka (Tammi) of Tomah and Brent (Angela) of Ladysmith; his grandchildren, Nicholas (Madison), Jaron, Kayleigh, Rachel, Sara, Zachary and Elizabeth; his siblings, Brad Kostka of Ladysmith, Cindy Brunette (Bob) of Oceanside, NY, Deanna Roberts (Kelly) of Osseo and Mark Kostka (Mary) of Holcombe; and his sister-in-law Carla Kostka of Osseo, WI.
The military honors will be held on Friday, July 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nash-Jackan Funeral Home (120 Fritz Ave E, Ladysmith, WI 54848). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
