He is survived by: his wife Lori Swaenepoel; his children, Todd Johnson (Stephanie) of Downing, WI, Cheri Booth (Colby) of Emmett, ID, Brock Warnik (Jessica) of North Carolina and Brittany Hagglund (Jake) of Houston, TX; his stepchildren, Randy Ptacek Jr. of Ladysmith, Stacey Ptacek (Rob) of Menomonie, WI, Mitchell Ptacek (Jackie) of Seattle, WA and Mindy Ptacek of Gilman, WI; his siblings, Richard Johnson (Becky) of Gilbert, AZ and Diane Hjelter (Larry) of Eau Claire, WI; and his sisters-in-law, LuAnne Witt (Rod) of Holcombe, WI and Eileen Swaenepoel of Holcombe, WI. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
