He was predeceased by: his parents, Bohuslav Ludvik and Gertrude Ludvik (Wilz); and his siblings, Joseph Bernard, Catherine Turner, Adele Whiting and Rita Collier.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Poquette; his son Todd (Debra) of Somerset; his grandchildren, Travis Kowalski (Kylee), Ryan Kowalski (Sara) and Evan Kowalski (Autumn); and his siblings, Norman, Jerome (Linda), Laurence (Karen), Cecelia Pooler and Mary Christman (Bob Whelan). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
