He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Heine and Viola Heine (Woodruff); his son James David Heine; his siblings, Carl Joseph Woodruff (Martha), Ralph Charles Heine (Pat), Noel David Heine, Lawrence Edward Heine, Sarah Gay Sillman (Mike) and Dorothy Ann Heine; and his pet Sydney.
He is survived by: his daughter Beth Cleybergh (Bruce) of Bethalto, IL; his grandson Adam Lucas (Alaina); his siblings, Robert Paul Heine (Gladys), Frances Marion Evangelista, Sandra Kay Perkiser and Janice Jean McAlevy (Tom Mason); and his sister-in-law Linda Heine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
