He was predeceased by: his son John Timmers III. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Louis Timmers of Wayne, Alan (Joy Timmers), Mike (Dana Timmers), Darlene Van De Voort of Ladysmith, Mary (Allen Eberle) and Jodi (Mike Fedie); his daughter-in-law Carrie Timmers of Woodville, Wisconsin; and his siblings, Robert (Anna Timmers), Elaine Malitz and Mary (Ralph Schwartz). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
