He was predeceased by : his parents, Blaine Patrick and Iva Patrick; his daughter Denise; his grandchildren, Stacy Lybert and Patrick Lybert; and his siblings, Lawrence, Kenneth, Ralph, Don, Frank, Dorothy and Patsy.

He is survived by : his wife Helen Patrick; his children, Cheryl Patrick (Terry Nussberger) of Ladysmith, Douglas Patrick of San Antonio, TX, Christine Patrick of Watertown, Lisa Bourget (Jake) of Blair and Marcy Christman (Tom) of Tony; and his brother Milton Patrick (Gwen) of Stacy, MN. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren plus 9 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the American Heart Association.
