He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Ann Barr; his children, Rhonda Coggins (Darrell) of Cheyenne, WY, Reece (Michele) of Sheldon, WI and Raven (Gretchen) of Edgerton, WI; his grandchildren, Jeremy Coggins, Jessica Frankfourth, RJ Kinney, Kaden Kinney, Devon Kinney and Dillon Kinney; his great grandchildren, Lorelai, Kaelyn Frankfourth and Arthur Kinney; and his siblings, Robert Kinney, Doyle Kinney (Terri), Kurtis Kinney (Karen), Colleen Dietz (Lyle) and Claudeen Kinney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Christian Harbor Youth Camp, chapel fund.
