He was predeceased by : his parents, William Buelter and Grace Buelter (Barbour); his grandson Taylor Grayson Scott; and his sister Joan Walker. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Joan Lock; his children, Christine Ann Scott of Williams Bay, WI and Steven Dale Buelter of Norcross, GA; his grandsons, Joshua Scott of Colorado Springs, CO and Austin Scott of Colorado Springs, CO; and his great grandchild Gracie Lynn Scott.
