He is survived by: his parents, Donald Filter and Rosalee Filter (VanAntwerp); his wife Rhonda Filter; his children, Christi Formby (Kenneth), David Filter and Angel Filter (Claire Kessel); his grandchildren, Sebastian, Gabe Brotzman, Elizabeth and James Formby; his sisters, Debbie Atherton and Sherry Kuczkowski (Steve); his nephews, Jacob Kuczkowski and Justin Atherton; and his close friend Mike Fuller.
