He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Neirinckx (Sutton) and Theophile Neirinckx; and his siblings, Jean Licastro-Wolf and Robert Neirinckx. He is survived by: his brothers, Daniel Neirinckx of Jamul, CA and David Covert of Jamul, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
