With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles O. Notbohm of Lake Mills, Wisconsin, born in Jefferson, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 1, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Wallace Notbohm and Linda Notbohm (Lang); his brother Wayne Notbohm; and his sister-in-law Jan. He is survived by : his niece Candy Allard of Lake Mills; his nephew Alan Notbohm (Heather) of Fort Atkinson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor, Max Allard, Natalie, Allison Notbohm and Tyler Jorstad.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
