He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Campbell and Ira Campbell; his stepfather Herman Baker; his grandchildren, Brady Straub and Jessica Campbell; his siblings, Cail, Jimmy, Troy, Mona Palmer, Manna Meeks and Sue Campbell; his nephew Neil Stark; his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Chwala and Donna Stark; his parents-in-law, Vincent and Eleanor Stark; and his brother-in-law Bob "Porky" Stark (William Chwala).
He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Tony (Becky), Richard (Anna), Brenda Straub (John) and Becky Campbell; his grandchildren, Dakin Straub, Robert Perket, Patrick, Travis, Tiffany and Savanna Campbell; his great grandchildren, Hank, Jimmy, George, Nova, Aero, Tae and Zephyr; his siblings-in-law, Jack Stark (Bonnie), William Stark, Roger Stark (Sherry), Dale Stark (Linda), Daryl Stark, Jerry Stark (Kathy), Mitch Stark, Larry Meeks, Penny Olson (Dan), Rachel Stark, Judy Campbell and Sue Campbell; his close friend Cherie Olson; Eleany, Eleah, Cody and Andy Moreno. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
