She was predeceased by: her father Larry Bushman. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Bushman (Heinsberg) of Princeton, WI; her close friend Dustin Chappell; her brother Brett Bushman (Courtney) of Douglassville, PA; and her nieces and nephews, Mackenzie, Mason, Jameson, Ava and Magnolia. She is also survived by other relatives in Western PA and many friends.
