He is survived by : his parents, Esther and Fritz of Lodi, WI; his sister Sandy Thistle (Daithi Wolfe); his nieces and nephews, Mairead of Madison and Fiona of Madison; his children, Steven of Tennessee and Ashlea of Madison; his former life partner Teresa Thistle; his son Zach of Madison; and his grandchildren, Tristan and Natalie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and many motorcycle brothers.
