He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sr. Bruenger and Alma Bruenger; and his brother Gregory Bruenger (Toni). He is survived by: his wife Katherine Bruenger; his children, Samuel Bruenger, Claire Smith (Marcus) and Joseph Bruenger; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Francis (John), Carissa Lindau (Logan), Jordan Smith (Ricky) and Taylor Ervin (Sederick); his great grandchildren, Jameson, Everett and Miles; and his nephew Jason Bruenger. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
