He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Topel and Grace Topel (Kuhl); and his brother Warren Topel (Carole). He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Steven (Jenny), Timothy (Dawn), Wendy (Ed Kastrosky) and Daniel (Tara Leigh); his grandchildren, Lacey Kern (Chris), Trevor Topel, Catlin Topel (Randy Barnes), Courtney Ulrich (Joel), Andrew Topel, Hannah Tesch, Alexis Milbrath (Hunter), Braden Topel, Brandon Topel, Isabelle Topel and Marissa Topel (Logan Renz); and his great grandchildren, Audrey McMahon, Noah McMahon, Aubree Kern, Gracelyn Ulrich, Keith Ulrich, Kassidy Kern and Mack Milbrath. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
