She is survived by: her children, Chris Jazdzewski (Kimberly), Trina Jacobson (Lance) and Heather Jacobson (Jarvis); her grandchildren, Jessica Krause (Steve), Crystal Weiss (Daniel), Joshua Pavlicek (Andy Sengkhammee), Brandon Jacobson (Jenny Zima), Alexis Jacobson, Delaney Jacobson and Madalyn Jacobson; her great grandchildren, Charleigh, Alex, Natalie, Gunnar, Briley, Luca, Arias and Ciaran; her siblings, Rita Light (Robert), James Jazdzewski (Connie), John Jazdzewski (Paula), Leonard Jazdzewski (Tammy), Michael Jazdzewski, Brenda Vouers (Phillip), Leon Jazdzewski (Teri), Dawn Schuerman (John) and Jeffery Jazdzewski (Muriel); and her siblings-in-law, Michael Laskowski (Doris), Marcia Flammang (John), Mary Jo Polodna (Michael) and Marlene Fawley (John). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
