It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Howard Wiebe of Lake Tomahawk, Wisconsin, born in Willmar, Minnesota, who passed away on February 6, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Wiebe and Evelyn L. Wiebe (Strommen); his brothers, Roger Wiebe and Bob Wiebe; and his siblings-in-law, Gay Wiebe and Chuck Thomas.
He is survived by: his spouse Gay Diane Babcoke; his children, Thomas James Wiebe (Kimberly) and Stephen Joseph Wiebe; his grandsons, Adam Thomas Wiebe (Lindsay) and Justin Tyler Wiebe (Victoria); his great grandchildren, Elliott Adam Wiebe, Owen Scott Wiebe and Sofia Daisy Wiebe; his siblings, Don Wiebe, Betty Thomas and Cheryl Lieferman (Chuck); and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Wiebe, Karen Wiebe and Dr. Gary Babcoke.
