He is survived by: his wife Edith; his daughters, Kimberly Smith (Michael) of Spring Grove and Amy Larson (James) of Spring Grove, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Hunter Smith, Abigail Larson and Nathaniel Larson; his brothers, Gary Kurzynski (Jean) and John Kurzynski (Julie); and his aunt Evelyn Michalczyk.
